Our Vacation Villa & It's Location

Our villa has a large seating area called the Great room.

It contains a luxurious sofa and chair, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day, while patio doors allow direct access to the pool deck and give you a great view out over the rear of the property. 

To help keep everyone entertained you will find a large 25" TV complete with a wide range of US television channels. The sofa can be easily transformed into a double sized bed.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a heavy-duty Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher and Coffee Machine.

If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the adjoining Utility room. There is also internal access to the 2 car garage. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.

The Kitchen has a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for using most credit cards.

Our villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast nook.

The Breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen. It contains a table and  four chairs. 

A large bay window gives you a pleasant view out over an area of orange trees and bushes screening the retention area, which also provides plenty of privacy.

Located conveniently, adjoining the open plan Great room, is the Dining room. There is a large table and 6 chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. A large window lets in plenty of natural light.

The villa contains four large bedrooms and a double sized sofa-bed, allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. 

Two of the bedrooms are Master suites and two are twin bedrooms. The first Master bedroom has a large Queen sized bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a large bath, shower, twin basins and vanity mirrors. There is also a separate toilet, large walk-in closet, hairdryer and clock radio. 

The first Master Suite has direct access to the Pool Deck through patio doors, which also provide a  beautiful view looking out over the pool deck.  

The second Master Bedroom contains a double sized bed and has its own en-suite bathroom complete with shower, basin and vanity mirror. There is also a large built-in closet and drawers, hairdryer and clock radio.

Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds, a large built-in closet and drawers.  Located conveniently in between these two rooms is the third bathroom complete with bath, shower and vanity unit.

If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Great Room.

The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside and will ensure you get a good night's sleep.

The 14 by 28 foot pool is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The surrounding patio is furnished with a selection of luxurious furniture including chairs, a table, and sun beds which allows you to just lie back, relax with a cool drink and soak up the Florida sunshine. 

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.

A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place. In addition all the doors leading out on to the pool deck are alarmed.
